CEO Message

The current business environment is filled with opportunity and the war for talent has become more competitive than ever. At Kazan International, we seek to foster a proactive response to our client's leadership needs and help them develop a competitive strategy for attracting these individuals. We become partners in the process, collaborating with our clients throughout every stage of the search process to ensure that we identify the best candidates in a timely manner. Our responsibility is to find that one superior person who will meet your requirements today and grow with you in the future.

When you retain our firm, we are committing all of our resources to finding the superior candidate, no matter how difficult it may be or long it may take. We have only one objective in mind with each search and that is to assure your total satisfaction with the candidates, the process and our firm.

A former senior executive in multinational healthcare companies, I always believed that my preeminent responsibility was to recruit outstanding people. It is what I worked hardest at, and, consequently, what I did best. I felt that if I was successful at attracting the right people, all of my other responsibilities would be a great deal easier—and they were.

We are most grateful to our clients who have placed their trust and confidence in us and we look forward to working with you and your colleagues on future assignments.
